1. Publication Fee Policy

Al-Waarits applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support the journal's scholarly publication process. Manuscript submission is completely free of charge. Authors are not required to pay any fee during the initial submission or peer-review process.

An article publication fee is charged only after a manuscript has been officially accepted for publication. The applicable fee depends on the author's category, as specified below.

2. Article Publication Fee

The publication fee is charged only for manuscripts that have successfully passed the peer-review process and received an official acceptance decision from the editorial team.

*The applicable author category is determined based on the author's residence and institutional affiliation.

3. Payment Schedule

The publication fee must be paid only after the manuscript has been officially accepted by the editorial team. The payment process follows these stages:

01	Manuscript Submission Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal's online submission system free of charge.
02	Editorial Screening and Peer Review Submitted manuscripts undergo editorial screening and the journal's double-blind peer-review process.
03	Official Acceptance Authors receive an official editorial decision confirming that their manuscripts have been accepted for publication.
04	Publication Fee Payment The editorial team provides the applicable publication fee and official payment instructions to the corresponding author.
05	Publication Processing Publication processing proceeds after the required payment has been received and confirmed by the journal.

4. Publication Fee Policy

Manuscript submission is free of charge.
No publication fee is required during the initial submission or peer-review process.
Only officially accepted manuscripts are subject to the article publication fee.
The applicable fee is determined according to the author's category.
Accepted manuscripts will not proceed to publication until the required payment has been received and confirmed.
Authors must follow the official payment instructions provided by the editorial team.

5. Open Access Policy

Al-Waarits provides open access to its published articles to support the dissemination and exchange of scholarly knowledge. The publication fee supports the journal's publication process and the availability of accepted articles through the journal website.

6. Payment Information

Authors are required to follow the official payment instructions provided by the Al-Waarits editorial team after manuscript acceptance. Payment details and available payment methods will be communicated through the journal's official communication channels.
