Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Akta Kelahiran Dan Kematian Pada Disdukcapil Kota Tangerang

Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat mengharuskan berbagai sektor, termasuk lembaga pemerintahan, pendidikan, perusahaan milik negara, perusahaan swasta, serta organisasi dan individu, untuk terus mengikuti perkembangan yang ada. Teknologi informasi telah menjadi syarat standar dalam menentukan kualitas individu dan organisasi dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya. Salah satu fungsi pemerintah yang sangat mendasar adalah pelayanan publik. Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kota Tangerang merupakan instansi pemerintah yang bertanggung jawab dalam melayani masyarakat terkait pencatatan data kependudukan, seperti pembuatan akta kelahiran dan kematian. Sistem informasi yang digunakan oleh Disdukcapil dalam memproses akta kelahiran dan kematian sangatlah penting karena dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas, efisiensi, dan keakuratan proses tersebut. Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan sistem informasi pelayanan akta kelahiran dan kematian pada Disdukcapil Kota Tangerang, dengan menekankan pentingnya kualitas sistem, keamanan data, dan perlindungan privasi. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan mempermudah akses masyarakat dalam memperoleh akta kelahiran dan kematian, dengan mempertimbangkan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh sistem layanan saat ini.
