The MENTARI journal provides direct open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports increased global knowledge exchange. Article is published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) International License which permits use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium provided the original work is properly cited.
MENTARI Journal: Management, Education and Information Technology has complied with I4OC standards for open citation, which means all content is available for free without charge to users or institutions.
