Digital transformation has become a major driver of change across various business sectors, including the rapid growth of cyberpreneurship in the digital economy era. The utilization of technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and digital platforms enables entrepreneurs to create innovations and enhance their global competitiveness. However, research on digital transformation and cyberpreneurship remains fragmented and has not been systematically mapped, making it difficult to understand research trends, key focus areas, and existing gaps. Therefore, this study aims to map the development of research trends, intellectual structures, and major themes in the fields of digital transformation and cyberpreneurship. This study employs a bibliometric analysis method with a quantitative approach to scientific publications indexed in databases such as Scopus and Web of Science within a specified period. The data are analyzed using software tools such as VOSviewer to identify collaboration patterns, dominant keywords, and relationships among research topics. The findings indicate a significant increase in the number of publications related to these topics in recent years, reflecting the growing academic interest in digital transformation and cyberpreneurship. The main findings identify several major research clusters, including technological innovation, digital business strategies, consumer behavior, and startup ecosystems. Furthermore, the research focus has shifted from technical aspects toward strategic and policy-related dimensions. The study concludes that digital transformation plays a crucial role in fostering the growth of cyberpreneurship. However, significant research gaps remain, particularly in the context of developing countries and practical implementation aspects. Therefore, future studies are recommended to explore more contextual and sustainable approaches to support the inclusive development of digital entrepreneurship ecosystems.
