The corresponding author is responsible for communicating publication-related matters and ensuring that all co-authors understand the journal's copyright terms.
2. Copyright Ownership and Publication Rights
Authors retain copyright ownership of their published work and grant SABDA Journal a non-exclusive right of first publication.
This arrangement authorizes the journal to publish, distribute, index, and preserve the article without transferring exclusive copyright ownership from the authors.
Authors may subsequently reuse or distribute their work through other publications or scholarly platforms, provided that the original publication in SABDA Journal is appropriately acknowledged.
3. Open Access and Creative Commons License
Articles published in SABDA Journal are made freely accessible under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Articles are accessible without subscription or reader fees. Materials belonging to third parties and expressly excluded from the article's license may require separate authorization.
4. Author Responsibilities and Co-Authorship
Authors are accountable for the accuracy, authenticity, and ethical integrity of their published research. All scholarly contributions, quotations, datasets, figures, and other external materials must receive appropriate attribution.
For jointly authored manuscripts, the corresponding author must ensure that all contributors approve the final publication and agree to the applicable licensing conditions.
Disputes involving authorship, copyright ownership, or intellectual property must be reported to the Editorial Office for consideration under the journal's Publication Ethics policy.
5. Self-Archiving Policy
SABDA Journal allows authors to deposit preprints, accepted manuscripts, and final published versions in institutional repositories, academic networks, or personal websites without a journal-imposed embargo.
When archiving the published version, authors should include the complete bibliographic citation and a link to the article's DOI, where available.
6. Editorial Rights and Copyright Disputes
SABDA Journal may make editorial adjustments to grammar, formatting, punctuation, and layout to maintain publication standards. Changes affecting the scientific content or interpretation require author approval.
Reports of copyright infringement or unauthorized reproduction will be assessed by the Editorial Office in accordance with applicable laws, the journal's Publication Ethics policy, and relevant guidance from the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Depending on the findings, the journal may issue a correction, publication notice, or retraction.
