Post Publication Discussion
Post-Publication Discussion
Startupreneur Business Digital (SABDA Journal) supports constructive academic discussions following the publication of scholarly articles. This policy provides opportunities for readers, researchers, and authors to critically examine published findings, exchange scientific perspectives, and contribute new evidence relevant to digital entrepreneurship, digital business, and technological innovation.
1. Scope of Post-Publication Discussion
SABDA Journal welcomes scholarly discussions that contribute to the interpretation, evaluation, or further development of published research.
Relevant discussions may address:
-
Research Methodology: Questions concerning research design, data collection, analytical techniques, or methodological limitations.
-
Scientific Findings: Alternative interpretations, additional evidence, or inconsistencies in reported results.
-
Theoretical Contributions: Critical perspectives on conceptual frameworks, research assumptions, or proposed models.
-
Research Reproducibility: Clarification of datasets, computational procedures, or analytical methods necessary to verify findings.
-
Practical Implications: Further evaluation of research applications in digital entrepreneurship, business management, and technological innovation.
All contributions must be academically relevant, evidence-based, and presented professionally.
2. Submission of Scholarly Comments
Readers may submit comments, questions, or academic responses concerning published articles through the official SABDA Journal Editorial Office.
Submissions should include:
-
The title and DOI of the article being discussed, where available.
-
A clear description of the scientific issue or question.
-
Supporting references, research evidence, or relevant methodological explanations.
The Editorial Team reviews submitted comments for scholarly relevance, factual accuracy, and compliance with publication ethics. Comments containing personal attacks, commercial promotion, confidential information, or unsupported accusations will not be considered for publication.
3. Editorial Review and Author Responses
The Editor-in-Chief or a designated editor determines whether submitted comments warrant further academic consideration. Independent reviewers or subject specialists may be consulted when additional technical evaluation is necessary.
Authors of the original article may be invited to provide a response addressing the questions raised. Responses should present clear explanations, supporting evidence, or additional analyses when appropriate.
The journal may publish comments and corresponding author responses when they contribute meaningful scientific clarification. Publication remains subject to editorial approval.
4. Corrections and Research Integrity Concerns
When post-publication discussions identify potential errors affecting the accuracy or reliability of published findings, the Editorial Team will assess the need for corrective action.
Minor issues may be resolved through clarification or an author response. Substantive errors may require a formal correction, Expression of Concern, or retraction, depending on their significance and the available evidence.
Allegations involving plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or other serious ethical violations will be addressed under the journal's Allegation of Research Misconduct policy.
5. Documentation and Accessibility
Approved post-publication discussions and author responses may be published as scholarly correspondence or linked notices associated with the original article.
Published materials should clearly identify the article concerned and include appropriate bibliographic information to support transparency and scholarly traceability.
The original Version of Record will remain unchanged unless amendments are formally authorized through the journal's editorial procedures.
