Archiving Policy

Archiving Policy

Blockchain Frontier Technology (BFRONT) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, integrity, and accessibility of all published scholarly content. The journal utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) systems to establish a distributed digital preservation network among participating libraries and institutions. These preservation systems support the creation of permanent archives of published journal content, enabling the recovery and continued accessibility of scholarly materials in the event of data loss, technical failure, or service interruption.

Digital Preservation

The implementation of LOCKSS and CLOCKSS supports BFRONT's commitment to long-term digital preservation by safeguarding published articles against potential data loss and ensuring the continued availability, authenticity, and integrity of the scholarly record. Through these preservation mechanisms, BFRONT aims to maintain reliable access to its published research for the global academic and research community.

Self-Archiving Policy

Authors publishing in Blockchain Frontier Technology (BFRONT) are encouraged to deposit the final published PDF version of their articles in their institutional repositories, subject repositories, or other appropriate academic repositories immediately after publication. This policy supports the wider dissemination, increased visibility, accessibility, and long-term preservation of published scholarly work.

As an open-access journal, BFRONT supports the dissemination and sharing of published research while maintaining the integrity and authenticity of the official publication record.
