Abstract
Artificial Intelligence for Innovative Sharia Educational Governance has become an important topic in the digital transformation era, particularly in improving the effectiveness, transparency, and sustainability of Islamic educational institutions. The background of this study is driven by the increasing demand for adaptive educational governance systems capable of integrating Islamic values with modern digital technologies to support academic and administrative processes. This study aims to analyze the role of artificial intelligence in enhancing innovative Sharia educational governance through technology-based decision-making, personalized learning systems, and administrative efficiency. The research employed a quantitative approach using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with SmartPLS as the analytical tool. Data were collected from 233 respondents consisting of students, educators, and educational administrators from Islamic educational institutions. The findings indicate that artificial intelligence has a significant positive effect on educational governance innovation, particularly in improving decision accuracy, learning personalization, operational efficiency, and institutional transparency. In addition, the integration of AI technologies with Sharia principles contributes to the development of more adaptive, ethical, and sustainable educational management systems. The results show that AI-supported governance strengthens institutional competitiveness and stakeholder satisfaction in Islamic education. In conclusion, AI implementation enables innovative, efficient, and value-oriented governance while maintaining alignment with Islamic principles in the digital era
